RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Your reservation, made by our electronic form, involves the sending of a voucher by postmail, completed with the information you have sent.
This voucher must be sent to us as soon as possible, duly filled with the mention "fit for agreement" as well as the deposit corresponding to the 25% of the total amount of the stay.

As soon as we receive this voucher, an invoice of balance will be sent to you. This invoice have to be settled immediately after receipt (or at least 30 days before your arrival in our village).

Our rates can be modified without notice. However, the rates which were into effect at the date of the purchase order are definite as from the payment of the deposit corresponding to the 25% of the total amount of the stay.

The rates are contractual, and cannot be split up according to the provided services or the number of residents per house. The departure of one or more residents during the stay cannot involve any refund request.

STAY CANCELLATION

Any cancellation of reservation must be notified to us as fast as possible by registered letter. As from the reception date of the registered letter notifiing the cancellation, refunding will be done according to following conditions:
- More than 30 days before your admission: 30.50 € by resident kept back,
- From the 30^th to the 20^th day before your admission: 25% kept back of the total amount of the stay,
- From the 19^th to the 15^th day before your admission: 50% kept back of the total amount of the stay,
- From the 14^th to the 8^th day before your admission: 75% kept back of the total amount of the stay,
- Less than 8 days before your arrival: 100% kept back of the total amount of the stay.

RESIDENTS' RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is liable to any direct or indirect damages, that himself or his/her guests could cause during their stay.

GUARANTEE AND VISITOR'S TAX

Any stay involves a surety bond of 300 € for the housing the date of your arrival in the village. This guarantee will be refund either at your departure or within eight days (for early departures), after checking of the villa's cleaning (please see below).
The visitor's taxes have to be paid at your arrival (the amount isn't known yet, we will notify it later).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The booking begins from Saturday to the following Saturday, arrival between 15:00 and 20:00 and departure before 10:00 AM. The room must be free before 10:00 AM otherwise this involves an additional night invoicing.

SUPPLIES AND OBLIGATIONS
Our rates include the residences service charge (water and electricity).
The cleaning of the house is made every week. Before the departure it has to be done too. According to the housing, the cleaning rates are : 40 € for a T2 (1 bedroom), 50 € for a T3 (2 bedroom), or 60 € for T4 (3 bedroom).
The kitchen cleaning is the responsibility of the residents. It have to be clean at the handing over of the keys (dishes refrigerator, hot-plates, oven...).
The household linen is not provided. However, it can be rented on the spot for 12 € (sheet and pillowcase).

SETTLEMENT OF THE LITIGATIONS

Any litigation related to the validity, the interpretation or the execution of the "Terms and Conditions of Rental" above will be refer to the jurisdiction of the court of Ajaccio, Corsica.
